This is mostly to JGravitt but thought I would see how this sounded.
First off sticks with beer cans are easy to see but don't tell who got the CTP. At the end of the round, sometimes, there is still confusion on who got what and where. In an effort to make the process a little easier I have come up with this proposed idea. Step 1: purchase a box of sharpies and a bundle of water line/electricity line marking flags. Each group would receive a Sharpie at the beginning of round, to be returned with score cards at the end of the round of course. The first group would receive 3-5 CTP flags to mark their CTP with. They would write the name of the winner on the flag and stick it in the ground. The next group to beat the ctp would then move the flag and mark their winners name on it, crossing out the first name. The last group would retrieve all ctp markers as they finish the hole and write their winners name,if applicable, on the flag. The Flags would be turned in to an organizer at the end of the round and winners would be called out after tags. The last group would also be notified that they are the last group and they need to grab the flags. In cases where we start at different holes the group that would come to a ctp hole first would receive a flag etc. etc. What do you think I am willing to pick up the flags and probably have enough sharpies to start with. |
