"Is northtown @ Stoney Creek Park."
"For #1 id say go by the PDGA at the meetups but for #2 this is a semi casual group that likes to have fun so calling a penalty for that at the meetup would just make you look like an A$$HAT. Leave that kind of call for the tournaments that matter."

"The PDGA has defined rules of play that some people may be unaware of. I thought I would post some on putting, wich we all know can win or lose a round. ... MoreThis is copied directly from the PDGA rule book. 10 meters = 32feet 10 inches Putt: Any throw from 10 meters or less as measured from the rear of the marker disc to the base of the hole is considered a putt. Putt (falling) -Falling Putt: A putt after wich a player touches his or her marker disc, or any other object beyond the lie, including the playing surface, before having demonstrated full control of balance. from there lets jump forward to 803.04 which refers to stance, in rules of play 803.04B. Stepping past the marker disc is permitted after the disc is released, except when putting within 10 meters. 803.04C. Any throw from within 10 meters or less, as measured from the rear of the marker disc to the base of the hole, is considered a putt. A follow through after a putt that causes the thrower to make any supporting point contact closer to the hole than the rear edge of the marker disc constitutes a falling putt and is considered a stance violation. The player must demonstrate full control of balance before advancing toward the hole. 803.04d is common sense 803.04e same 803.04F A stance violation must be clearly called within three seconds after the infraction to be valid. the call may be made byany member of the group or an official. When the call is made by a member of the group it must be confirmed by another member of the group. A player shall recieve a warning for the first violation of a stance rule in the round. Subsequent violations of a stance rule in the same round shall incur a one -throw penalty. 803.04G any throw that involves a validly called and second stance violation may not be used by the thrower. Re-throws must be taken from the original lie, prior to subsequent play by others in the group. 803.04H the player may not retrieve the originally thrown disc prior to the re-throw, except in the case of a putt within ten meters. where a disc is retrieved in violation of this rule, a one throw penalty shall be imposed without warning. To sum this up the PDGA says anything within 10 meters/ 32ft 10 in, is a putt. If you step on, past or beyond your lie mark while putting, it is a warning for a stance violation, called a falling putt, the first time it happens. Every subsequent falling putt results in a penalty stroke. During casual rounds who cares but at the meet ups lets try to remember these guidelines and adhere to them. We dont carry around measuring tapes, but I am fairly sure most know how far 10 meters is. A friendly warning is usually all it takes for someone to stop or correct this usually unintentional foul. But if they dont they deserve every penalty stroke. It is nice to win but doing so by not folowing the rules is cheating in my book. Now go play some Disc Golf and stop reading this! "
"You have to have a real name in order to win the ace pot!"
